  • Flag Football

    1st-6th grade

    Participants in Flag Football will learn the basic skills in all aspects of the game including offense, defense, and basic plays. Mouthpieces are recommended and pants or shorts without pockets are required. 
  • Tumbling

    Age 2-12

    Tiny Tumblers is a 4-week introductory gymnastics program led by certified coach Tiffany Cook. 
  • Volleyball

    4th-6th grade

    Learn to serve, bump, set, spike, and proper footwork. Knee pads are required.
