Volunteer

The T. Russell Reitz Animal Shelter welcomes volunteers as an integral part of our team! We really depend on our volunteers to help us keep our animals happy and healthy! Volunteers work on socializing the animals, getting them the daily exercise they need, brushing and bathing them, working on basic training, and doing visitations with the public. 

Volunteers

Our volunteers help out with many other tasks that improve the quality of life of the animals in our care. In addition to these tasks, volunteers have an opportunity to advocate for the animals, educate the public, and promote adoption. If you love animals and want to get involved in your community in a meaningful way, please consider joining our team and making a difference!
