Gym Activities

All participants must check-in at the front desk upon arrival before any use of the gym. Athletic/court shoes and appropriate attire must be worn at all times. No food or drink allowed in the gym, except for bottled water. All persons under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Adult Pickleball Club

Pickleball is a cross between tennis, table tennis, and badminton, and is played with wooden paddles and a plastic Whiffleball. The object of the game is to hit the ball so that your opponent is unable to hit it back over the net.

Pick - Up Basketball Games (cross-court play only)

  • Tuesday and Thursday, 5:00 - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday, 12:00 - 2:00 PM

Open Gym – Basketball | Pickleball | Volleyball (first-come, first-served)

One basketball court is always open. To use the volleyball court, eight or more players must be present. To use the pickleball court, four or more players must be present.

Fitness Pass Program

The Fitness Pass Program is a fee-based program for participants ages 18+. Exercise equipment is to be wiped down after each usage, and participants are required to wear athletic shoes and appropriate gym attire at all times. Share the space! Good sportsmanship and cooperation are expected; no resting on any piece of equipment. No food or drink is allowed, except for bottled water.

Fitness Pass Program Hours

  • No hours on Sunday


  • Cardio - treadmills, elliptical, and recumbent bikes
  • Strength - Hoist branded machines, upper and lower body, abs, cross cable stations, speed bag, barbells/dumbbells, battle ropes

Fitness Classroom

The classroom is open to those with a Fitness Pass during fitness area hours when classes are not taking place. Additional dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, yoga balls, resistance bands, jump ropes, and exercise mats are available.

Walking Track

13 laps = 1 mile. Benches are available around the track for stretching and/or sitting.
