Fit Boot Camp

Take it up a notch with this four-day boot camp to help you get stronger and feel great! Cost is $10 and for ages 12+. Monday-Thursday, January dates to be announced soon.

Group Fitness Classes

Join instructors Mitzie and Elliott for a variety of exercise classes. Take your pick from workouts at various levels of intensity including, Zumba, Total Body Strong, and Yoga. Join us for seasonal boot camps and other specialty classes or select one on one personal training. 

Sign up online for one of the following classes:

  • Total Body Strong: A total body workout class using a variety of equipment every week.
  • Yoga Flow: Find a connection with your breath and movement.
  • Zumba: An exhilarating dance fitness class with music, rhythms and fun choreography from around the world.

Sign up for specific class types at $25 per session or get the all-access pass for $65 per session to attend all classes, or $40 if you attend 2 class types. Drop-in class fee is $4.

Personal Training

Train one-on-one with nationally-certified personal trainers ready to help you reach your fitness goals. Initial fee to start training is $75 which includes a mandatory fitness assessment plus five workout sessions. Additional fitness assessments are $15 each and training sessions are $12 each. Douglass Center Fitness Area

  • Hours: 4 to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday
  • Cost: $10 per month; seniors 60 or older, free admission
