Season pool passes are only available at City Hall, 1101 Poyntz Ave., Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. We will take a photo of each passholder (required for pass to be valid). We can also take a photo of your child from a printed photo or a cell phone snapshot. Passes are $60 and required for each individual age 2 (24 months) and older.
A replacement can be purchased for $3 only at the Parks and Recreation Office, 1101 Poyntz.
Yes, based on income eligibility you may qualify for a 50% discount. You will need to provide your 2018 income tax form to verify income. Call 785-587-2757 for more information.
We do not issue refunds.You can however, receive a stamp to re-enter the same facility or one of the other two waterparks in the same day. Or, you can receive a rain-check pass to utilize when the weather is better.
Northview Waterpark has the most amenities in our waterpark system, but is slightly smaller than City Waterpark. CiCo Waterpark will have additional amenities such as slides and play features that will be just as appealing as the other waterparks.
City Park Waterpark offers Twilight Swim each evening from 6 to 8 p.m. Admission is $3 for adults and $2 for children. We do also offer group admission rates for groups 20 persons or more. However, group admissions must be approved in advance at our office at 1101 Poyntz Ave or by phone 785-587-2757.
All Waterparks will open Saturday, May 25, 2019.

The summer 2019 swim season will end on Labor Day, September 2.
The last day to swim at Northview and City Park Pools is Sunday, August 11. Cico Pool will remain open through September 2.
Splash parks are currently open for the season! The water was turned on at City Park Splash Park on May 11, 2018. Splash parks are open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
